Making “Quality” for this organization means aiming at offering services of control and monitoring of the activities carried out, placing itself on the market and towards Customers as a reliable and reference company for the quality of the services provided; offer a corporate image and operators working in the field highly professional and “correct”.

Maghia S.r.l. intends to remain at the forefront and follow, if not anticipate, changes in the market. For this reason, he strongly believes in the training and professional updating activity that takes responsibility and qualifies both the manager and the whole staff, thus offering an increasingly efficient and customer-oriented service.

For all employees “to work in quality” is to understand how to do their job well according to established rules of procedure, to provide customers with the requested service, over time, in the manner and at the agreed cost.
For this purpose Maghia S.r.l. has implemented a Quality Management System that allows the recognition of the requirements to be met (of the client, regulatory and internal) to provide adequate services, have control of any non-compliance, through Internal Inspections and, above all, through frequent checks on the proper provision of the services offered, to prevent problems and shortcomings.
Given that every customer wants to satisfy their requirements expressed at the contractual level, the challenge of the company is to try to make this applicable through the provision of the “event organization” service. This challenge can be faced with the openness towards change and the continuous improvement of the System and of the processes, through always new objectives for all the company areas, making them reachable to everyone with their constant participation in the Quality System that will have to evolve according to the new needs.

Maghia S.r.l. acts on the market in order to provide a service that makes the event organized “UNIQUE” of its kind, through a careful selection of the location and all other necessary services.

This policy includes the following commitments:

  • comply with the relevant laws, regulations and other commitments entered into by the Organization;
  • formulate objectives for continuous improvement of workers’ performance and safety;
  • adopt technological processes that offer the best services in terms of quality, both environmental and safety;
  • develop the training and training of all staff to promote and encourage every initiative;
  • involve suppliers and subcontractors in the operational control of the service;
  • communicate with interested parties and involve them.
    The objectives, according to scientific and technological progress, will be applied, according to market logic, to the whole activity.

This Policy provides the framework for establishing and reviewing objectives and targets, is disseminated to all employees and collaborators and is available to the public.
The Management undertakes to review this policy annually, in order to confirm its relevance and formulate the improvement objectives to be pursued in accordance with this policy.
All the staff is called to actively collaborate and must consider the Quality Management System as a basic tool for its business, so as to always ensure the best possible service, the minimization of impacts and the environmental compatibility of the activities carried out.
